How fast can you actually get here?
For emergencies inside our service area, typical arrival is 45–75 minutes, day or night. When you call, we’ll give you a real ETA for your address — not a vague “sometime today” window.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. The visit and the on-site quote are free when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to proceed, the inspection is a flat $49 — told to you before we dispatch, never sprung on you after.
Is the phone estimate the final price?
Phone and website figures are honest guide ranges. Your plumber confirms one flat price at your door after seeing the job, and that’s the price you pay — the only way it changes is if you approve extra work.
What should I do while I wait for you?
If water is leaking, turn off your main shut-off valve (usually by the meter or where the main line enters the house) and open a low tap to drain pressure. When you call, we’ll walk you through it step by step.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes — 12 months on workmanship, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty on any parts or units we supply. If our repair fails in that year, the return visit and the fix are free.
How do I pay?
Card, e-transfer, or cash — after the job is done and tested, never before. You’ll get an itemised invoice by email the same day.
